Day 105: February 1

There are three different kinds of tiredness.
1. The tired where you're just dying. You literally can't stay awake and all you want to do is shut your eyes and sleep. Whenever you're doing something, your eyelids decide to close, making it in impossible to carry on with whatever you're doing.
2. The constant tired. I think this affects everyone, from when you're about 11 or 12 until you die. It doesn't matter how many hours you sleep, or how little you do, this 'tired' lives in your bones and makes you constantly tired. It's not a strong tired, but sometimes you just want to rest yourself to let this tired lie down for a bit. This tired you can work through, and it's the one most often used as an excuse, as in, "Oh, I'm really tired."
3. The I-was-really-busy-today tired. This is when you've come from a hard day at school/work and you just want to relax. This tired is quite easy to get over, because it just needs some relaxation, or sleep or a nap, depending on the degree of tiredness. While it's easy to get over, it's also very common. Lots of people have this when they return home after a day out.
