Day 106: February 2

What do people think of apology letters?
Apology letters, as their name states, are letters of apology. Many people dislike them, claiming them to be 'the cowardly way out', because you're not apologising face-to-face.
If I were the apologiser, I would probably do it face-to-face, although it does depend in the person. If I was the one being apologised to, I'd prefer face-to-face apologies, but a letter is fine too.
I find that I'm better at expressing myself on paper than when I'm talking.
