Day 75: January 2

I decided something (surprise, surprise!). I've decided that if I cannot carry on this blog - due to work, no time, can't think of list ideas - I will do it after I have reached 100. But hopefully, and this is my ultimate goal, I can get to 365.

My dad made billtong. For you uncultured people who don't know what billtong is, it's kind of like beef jerky, EXCEPT it's nice. I think beef jerky is quite similar to dog food in both taste and look. Our family absolutely loves billtong and one day my dad got this bee in his bonnet that he should make a billtong box, to, obviously, make billtong in. So he spent like a week collecting wood and other materials and then building it. Five days ago, the meat was bought, salted, spiced and then put in the box to dry out. Last night, it was taken out, tasted and then declared 'too wet' by my mom. So it was put back to rest for another day.
