Day 78: January 5

Tonight my friend, my sister and I are making dinner for our family and his.
Menu:
Starter:
Salmon salad (we were doing something about the presentation, so it tied in with the theme, but I forgot what it was)
Main:
Risotto in the shape of a Cheshire cat
Dessert/s:
Brandy snaps
Crepes (in a (queen of) heart shape)
Mini Meringues
Fortune Cookies (I'm really excited to make these).
The overall theme in Alice In Wonderland and from this we have two minor themes - The Queen of Hearts and the Mad Hatter's Tea Party. For the Mad Hatter's Tea Party, our table decorations include edible teacups and teapots. For the Queen of Hearts theme, we will use white roses that have been painted red and playing cards scattered around.
