I've decided to do the Good Times Jar. (Don't credit me, I got the idea off Tumblr). Anyway, the idea of the jar is pretty simple. Everytime you have a good day, or something good/fun happens, write it down and put it into a jar. If you ever feel sad, angry or stressed, take your memories out and take a trawl through memory lane. At the end of the year, empty out the jar and look through what 2013 has been to you.
